He has a broad based background having practiced in a large law firm, small firm and as corporate counsel. In private practice, Mr. Lowrey has represented individuals and entities in tax controversies before various governmental agencies. He has experience representing parties in DOL Wage & Hour cases, contract claims, Federal Board of Contract Appeals, Collective Bargaining, NLRB and Employment law matters. He is experienced in litigation and trial of matters to both bench and jury.
